When you submit the contact form, Cool Line stores your name, contact details, service, location and message securely to respond to your enquiry. Only authorized administrators can access these records. A separate option prepares a WhatsApp draft that you review and send yourself.
Direct communication
Information you share by WhatsApp, telephone or email is received through those services and used by Cool Line to respond to your enquiry, discuss products or services and coordinate any agreed work. Avoid sending payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own privacy terms. The embedded map connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address. The hosting provider may process technical access logs. This version includes no advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Cookies and storage
The website does not intentionally set marketing cookies or store contact-form details in browser storage. The admin dashboard uses secure session cookies for administrator authentication. Hosting and third-party services may also use session technologies.
